DIYA Toolkit (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the DIYA Toolkit website (the “Service”). “You” applies to both individuals and entities that access or use our Services. “Members” are any individual or entity that creates an account to use the Service, and includes paying Members and those using any free trial or other promotional offer.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) may include, but is not limited to:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Company name
We collect and use this information in order to serve you and your needs and so that we can contact you when necessary. Collecting this information allows us to remember you and personalize the Service towards you. We will not sell any of your personal information.
When using our service, you must create an account first, and choose a username and password. We strongly recommend not using your real name or information in your username. Usernames are public and cannot be changed after you register. If you use personal information, such as your real name, keep in mind it will show on your profile and cannot be hidden. Please choose a username that is appropriate and professional. You may use capitals and numerical characters with no spaces. You may change your display name, as in the name that appears next to your picture throughout the website, in your profile settings. You may change your password at any time through your account settings. We recommend choosing a strong password that you do not use for any other website. Accounts have a numeric User ID assigned to them when they are created that cannot be changed. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at email@example.com. Please note it may take up to two business days for a response.
You may optionally include other personal information on your profile at your own risk. You can manually set the privacy of information on your own profile through your profile settings to decide who can see that information, with an exception. Please note that all profile information, regardless of privacy settings, is viewable and editable by administrators of the Service. This allows us to moderate and monitor to ensure that all content on profiles follows the Terms of Service. In the profile privacy settings, “Everyone” means that the information is public. “All Members” means all Members of the Community can see the information. “All Friends” means only your friends can see the information. “Only Me” means only you can see the information, with the exception of administrators of the Service.
We may contact you through your given email address at any time, including to give Notices, as described further in the Terms of Service.
You may request a copy of your personal data through your account settings. Please note it might take some time for a personal data report to be generated. Your personal data report will be sent to the email associated with your account when it is ready in the form of a zip file.
REMOVAL OF INFORMATION
You may remove any and all information in the Community associated with your account at any time by deleting your account through the account settings page, or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to two business days for any removal requests. Please note that account deletion will not delete any external email correspondence between you and us, including but not limited to reported problems.
